I love working with queer individuals & couples/relationship systems as well as non-monogamous folks, and I am a queer non-monogamous person myself.
I graduated from Southern Connecticut State University in 2023, moved back to MN shortly after, and have spent the last three years completing a fellowship style training program in couples therapy and became officially licensed (LMFT) in March of 2026, yay!
I have a few ongoing weekly spots available in the earlier afternoons and I am looking to begin intensive style work for both individuals and couples.
My approach is experiential, I tend to use IFS and somatic approaches with individuals and Gottman, PET-C (pragmatic experiential couples therapy) and EFT for couples. I also have been training in the NARM model which is helpful for those processing developmental trauma.
My approach is direct and relational with plenty of humor. As a person outside of being a therapist I enjoy hanging out with my two cats, Chappell & Florence and playing gay kickball on Sundays. I also love all things astrology and tarot
