I have a few ongoing weekly spots available in the earlier afternoons and I am looking to begin intensive style work for both individuals and couples. My approach is experiential, I tend to use IFS and somatic approaches with individuals and Gottman, PET-C (pragmatic experiential couples therapy) and EFT for couples. I also have been training in the NARM model which is helpful for those processing developmental trauma. My approach is direct and relational with plenty of humor.
